STAR EVER LIGHTING offers returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
1. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
2. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition, but not in their original and undamaged packaging, we charge 15% per package.
3. All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. ECLEDMALL reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.
4. If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
5. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.
If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return centre.
Items returned without an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. Customized products cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
3. Order over $1,000 cannot be returned. Please kindly test sample at first. Product warranty is available.
4. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
5. Goods returned without an authorized returns number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
6. Christmas products are eligible for return or exchange with one exception: Christmas products are not eligible for return for any reason after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was transacted.
7. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer’s original packaging.

3. Submit order you want to return.
4. If return request meet our requirements, we will approve and send RMA (Return merchandise authorization) material in 1 business day.
5. Please send products to return address in RMA (Return merchandise authorization), and write down the tracking number.
6. Please inform us the tracking number (via mail or phone) to help us track and trace your parcel, so that you get your refund as quickly as possible.
a. Please do not send us items back that do not follow this process as they cannot be identified properly and will not be replaced or refunded.
b. Once we get your parcel and confirm all returned products, we will make the refund.
c. Please make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding with your return.

Our goal at STAR EVER LIGHTING is to ship out orders that have been placed and paid for the same day. However, due to situations like missed shipment cut-off times, holidays, weekends, and other events out of our control, your shipment may be fulfilled 1-2 business days after an order is placed.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States
While we do not ship directly outside the 48 united states, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You, the customer, are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. It is the freight forwarder’s responsibility to inspect the packages before accepting to deliver them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, STAR EVER LIGHTING is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.

Countries outside of the United States
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy
If your order includes out-of-stock items, remaining in-stock items will be shipped as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when its stock is replenished. You can request the order to be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
